I have been coming here for years!! I have the worst fear of the dentist (who doesn’t) but Humel is so patient, kind and goes above to make sure that I’m comfortable and out at ease. My hygienist is amazing and personable, tells me areas to focus on and what I’ve done well. Lastly the front office is brilliant!! Funny, efficient, and fast!! Love it here, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great experience! I haven’t been to a dentist in over two years due to being highly uncomfortable at them. I made my follow four appointments here at Q dentistry and will be coming back from now on. I have been going to On Q Dentistry for a number of years. I'm impressed by the entire operation. Erica, the office manager, runs a tight ship and is knowledgeable about insurance billing. Dr. Hummel clearly knows how to hire well. His hygienist, Kelly, is wonderful. Exceptionally kind, she's also very skilled. She helps me keep my teeth in great shape, so I don't need a lot of dental work. I like everyone at the clinic. I recently moved out of the neighborhood and considered going somewhere else, but On Q is worth the commute.

I highly recommend going to Q Dentistry. They are very professional and at the same time very personable. They don't try to talk you into any unnecessary treatment. It's a 30 minute ride for me to get to them, but it's totally worth it. All of my family go here. Try them! You won't be disappointed!

Dr Hummel is skilled at giving explanations, and I feel a good rapport with him. I originally came to this office because a friend recommended Kelly as a hygienist, and have stayed on through two changes of dentists with confidence that if she was there, I could the new dentist would be good. It's worked since 1994. I've found that I can trust the people I've met here in that time.

I have had the best time getting my teeth fixed at On Q. Dr. Hummel has done a fantastic job for me. I'm on my final bridge and in a few weeks my mouth will be like new. The staff are all very friendly and upbeat and the atmosphere is pretty light and welcoming.We joke around quite a bit which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. I know it sounds strange to enjoy going to the dentist but I do.I highly recommend On Q.

I am pretty in different to The quality and cost of the dental work I have received. Since I’m not a dentist myself, it’s hard for me to judge the quality of the work that I have received. I will say the dental hygienist that I see is very pleasant, painless and professional at her job. I have recently left to find another dentist because I am out of network with my insurance. The bill for my teeth cleaning went from zero to well over $200 a year. I will say trying to get information on billing it’s like pulling teeth. When I asked why my out-of-pocket had gone up so much, I was just told your insurance doesn’t pay as much as it used to. No explanation why they didn’t pay as much as before I had to go outside the office to find out why. I find it inexcusable when somebody tries to hide billing information. I understand inflation has gone up, which means some incomes need to go up although I am somebody on a fixed income therefore I cannot do with less so someone else can have more. I’m sure the standard answer here is what it always is when somebody tries to hide information pertaining to money that benefits them. Their response is always its business like somehow that doesn’t mean they’re accountable for your interest only their own. They asked for this review otherwise I Wouldn’t have taking the time.
